FAQ’s

  • We offer three primary components in our Pathfinder Ops™️ Container:

    • Curriculum: our multi-media modules and lessons include video, written guidance, and template frameworks. While the program is structured on a weekly schedule, you can consume the lessons on your schedule and implement what you're learning so that you can get the most value out of our Coaching calls.

    • Coaching: each week, we meet on Tuesday with our CEO's and Thursday with our Ops Leaders. These open coaching sessions provide the opportunity for you to both mentor and be mentored by others in the group that are either ahead or behind you in the program. This helps further develop your leadership skills. It's important to keep in mind that you'll get the most value out of these sessions if you come prepared with a quality question. Remember: the quality of your answers are determined by the quality of your questions. Come prepared to ask a quality question. It matters.

    • Community: the relationships you'll develop with your peers within the confines of the coaching sessions are extended via our Group Forum. The Forum provides each of us with a place to share wins as well as challenges and again, to both get and give feedback. Your full participation in the Forum impacts the value that you'll get from the Accelerator.

  • Here's how you can get the absolute MOST value out of this Year 1 program:

    1. WATCH, LISTEN and READ the materials provided in the online course.

    2. DO THE HOMEWORK | IMPLEMENT using the assignments in the course materials. These exercises are designed to walk you through exactly what to do to create the infrastructure in YOUR business.

    3. ASK QUALITY QUESTIONS -- and you'll only have quality questions to bring to the live sessions if you've handled items #1 and #2 above. It's from the implementation that you'll discover questions and challenges about how the material applies to your particular vision and way of doing business.

    These items are deceptively simple. You'll need to continually commit to generate the enthusiasm and desired results that you brought to the program when you first enrolled.

  • Chances are great that if you have questions or concerns, someone else in the group will have similar ones.

    For this reason, we ask that you use the GROUP FORUM to share questions, concerns, challenges and/or wins.

    Not only does this allow all to learn and grow with and for each other, but it centralizes communication and gives each member another opportunity outside our group sessions to both mentor and be mentored.

    We do recognize however, that occasionally you will want to share with our team via a private channel. When that's the case, please use the CHAT function within your Freedom HQ.

    Keeping our communications out of email helps us prioritize the needs of our clients ahead of other requests that fill up our inboxes.

  • All of us within the Freedom Community are committed to taking every reasonable precaution to ensure that the confidentiality of each party is respected and maintained.

    Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in immediate dismissal from the Community.

  • Collaborating virtually brings with it a unique set of communication challenges, so we offer the following guidelines to help avoid and/or remediate those challenges:

    • Recurring group coaching sessions are scheduled on the same day each week. These regular meetings give all of us the opportunity to ask questions, make clarifications, set targets, and measure progress. These sessions are a necessary part of the program.

    • Outside of those weekly sessions, our primary forms of communication are the GROUP FORUM and CHAT functions in our Freedom HQ. This keeps our most important communications out of our cluttered inboxes.

    • We make every effort to respond to your messages as quickly as possible -- and certainly within 24-48 hours. Any messages received outside of business hours will receive a response on the following business day.

    • With regard to issues, conflicts and miscommunications, we all commit to the following:

      • If I feel emotional, I will pick up the phone instead of writing an email or direct message.

      • When I have an issue with someone, I will speak only to them about it first.

      • When two of us cannot reach an agreeable outcome, we will seek a third party to moderate.

  • Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Mountain (Denver). 

  • Look for updates and reminders regarding office closings in our Freedom HQ and email.
