the
fast start
INTENSIVE
You don't need a five-month engagement to find out if we're the right fit.
You need one day.
Owners who find us already know something needs to change. They just don't know where to start, or they've started three times and nothing stuck.
An Intensive cuts through that.
One day, focused entirely on the one structural problem that's costing you the most.
Not a survey of everything that's broken. Not a diagnostic you'll file away.
One problem, solved, with a 30-day runway to make sure the change actually holds.
Here's what an Intensive looks like in practice.
A founder spending 60 hours a week in operations walks away with an org chart and a decision framework that moves half of those hours off their plate within four weeks.
A services firm owner who's been selling their own time walks away with a productized offer, priced and packaged, that their team can deliver without them.
An owner who knows they need an ops leader but keeps putting it off walks away with the role defined, the hiring criteria built, and a 30-day plan to fill it.
Those aren't hypotheticals. They're the kinds of problems we solve in a single day because we've solved them dozens of times before. The structure is different every time. The pattern almost never is.
The day itself is intensive. We work through your specific situation together, and by the end of it you have a clear, actionable plan. Not a report. Not a set of recommendations. A plan you can start executing the next morning.
Then we stay with you for 30 days. You don’t need hand-holding. But implementation and change management are where most consulting falls apart. The plan only matters if it survives contact with your actual business, your actual team, and your actual week. We make sure it does.
This is a good fit if
You know something structural needs to change, but you're not ready to commit to a longer engagement with someone you've never worked with.
Or you've done the longer engagement before, and it didn't move the needle, and you'd rather see proof before you go again.
Or you have one specific problem that's been sitting on your desk for months, and you just need someone who's seen it before to help you solve it.
Investment
$10,000. That includes the full Intensive plus 30 days of follow-through to make sure the work lands.
If the Intensive reveals that the problem is bigger than a single day can solve (and sometimes it does), we'll talk about what Stabilize looks like. But there's no obligation and no automatic upsell. Some founders complete the Intensive and that's exactly what they needed. Others realize they want the deeper work.
Either way, you'll know.
Are you a fractional executive, coach, wealth manager, exit planner, M&A advisor, or other strategic partner?
If you have a client who's stuck but not ready for a full engagement, this is the easiest conversation you'll ever start. One day, one problem, proof it works.
Send them our way.
Questions You’re Probably Already Asking

More than you'd expect. Here are real examples of the kind of problems we work through in a VIP Day:
A founder spending 60 hours a week in operations walked away with a delegation map and decision framework that moved half those hours off their plate within two weeks.
A services firm owner who'd been personally delivering every client engagement walked away with a productized offer, priced, packaged, and ready for their team to deliver without them in the room.
An owner who'd been saying "I need to hire someone" for two years walked away with the role defined, the hiring criteria built, and a 30-day plan to fill it.
A firm that had three different pricing models and no consistency walked away with a single signature offer that simplified sales, improved margins, and removed the founder from the quoting process entirely.
An owner preparing for a valuation discovered that the business couldn't run a full week without them. They walked away with a 30-day authority transfer plan that changed that before the valuation happened.
Every situation is different. The pattern is the same: one structural problem, solved in a day, with 30 days to make sure it sticks.

Most strategy sessions end with a document. Ours ends with a decision and a plan that starts working the next morning. We don't deliver recommendations for you to figure out how to implement. We build the solution with you in the room, pressure-test it against your real constraints, and then stay with you for 30 days to make sure it actually lands. The 30 days are the difference. A plan that doesn't survive your actual week isn't a plan. It's a wish.
-
We stay in your corner. That means check-ins, access to us when something comes up, and real-time adjustments as the plan meets reality. If your team pushes back on a new decision framework, we help you hold the line. If the delegation map needs to flex because someone quit or a client escalated, we adapt it with you. The goal is that by day 30, the change is embedded in how your business runs, not dependent on your willpower to keep doing it differently.
-
Sometimes it is. And the VIP Day is actually the best way to find that out. By the end of the day, we'll both know whether what you need is a focused fix or a deeper structural rebuild. If it's the latter, we'll talk about what that looks like. But there's no automatic upsell and no pressure. Some founders do the VIP Day and it's exactly what they needed. Others see clearly for the first time what the real scope of the problem is, and they're glad they found out in a day instead of six months into something that wasn't aimed at the right target.
-
We'll send you a short intake beforehand so we're not spending the day on discovery. It asks about your business, your team structure, and the specific problem you want to solve. Be honest in it. The more real you are on paper, the faster we get to the work that matters.
-
Virtual. One full day on Zoom. We've found this works better than in-person for most founders because there's no travel, no logistics, and you can start implementing the next day without waiting to fly home first.
-
Then you already know the difference between someone who tells you what to do and someone who builds it with you. We're the second one. The reason most consulting doesn't stick is that it ends at the recommendation. We don't leave until the change is running without us. That said, if the previous work was EOS, or coaching, or a fractional COO, those aren't the same thing as what we do. Coaching gives you better thinking. Frameworks give you structure. A fractional hire fills a seat. None of those things rewire how the business operates without you in it. That's what we change.
-
Yes, and in most cases you should. The problems we solve in a VIP Day usually live in the space between the owner and the person running things day to day. Having both of you in the room means the solution gets built with buy-in, not handed down as a mandate.
